Amanda O’Meara is the director of operations at the Weissberg Foundation, where she oversees financials, human resources, and technology systems. Amanda has been on staff at the Foundation since 2009, and in that time she has worn many hats. Most recently, Amanda served as a program officer, helping to launch the Equitable Justice and Diversity in Theater initiatives.

Amanda graduated from George Mason University with a B.A. in Global Affairs and a minor in Women’s Studies. Prior to joining the Weissberg Foundation, Amanda worked with the UN World Food Program in Nairobi, Kenya. When she is not working, you can find her spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their dog Jaxson.
